The WSSA Philippines National Sport Stacking Tournament is scheduled on February 5,

2012 10:00AM at the Main Mall Atrium of the SM Mall of Asia.  We will be offering the

following events:

1) Individual  Timed Events

a) 3-3-3 Stack - Ages: 6&U, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13-18, 19&Above (U=Under)

b) 3-6-3 Stack - Ages: 6&U, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13-18, 19&Above (U=Under)

c) Cycle Stack - Ages: 6&U, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13-18, 19&Above (U=Under)

2) Doubles Timed Events

a) Cycle Stack Ages: 7&U,10&U,12&U,14&U, 18&U,19&above (U=Under)

b) Parent / Child Cycle Stack – Parent may have multiple entries with different children

3) Team Timed Events

a) 3-6-3 Stack  - Ages: 7&U,10&U,12&U,14&U, 18&U, 19&Above(U=Under)

4) Head to Head Team Relays

a) 3-6-3 Stack - Ages: 9&Under

b) Cycle Stack-Ages: 10&Above

3:30p.m. -4:00 p.m. Finals:  Individual 3-6-3 (Top 5)

4:00p.m. -4:30 p.m. Finals:  Individual Cycle (Top 5)

4:30p.m. -5:00 p.m. Finals:  Child/Parent Doubles (Top 5)

5:00p.m. -6:00 p.m. Head-to-Head Team Relays (Top 4)

6:00p.m. -6:30 p.m.  Awarding /Closing remarks

The fees for events are as follows:

a) Individual registrations fee is Php 500.00 for all events.

b) Team (minimum of four (4) Stackers) registration fee is Php 400.00 per stacker for all

events.  Team stackers should have a uniform bearing the team name they registered.

Team uniform should be worn during the tournament. See it! Believe it! Teach it!

c) Group (minimum of twenty (20) Stackers) registration fee is PHP 300.00 per stacker for

all events. Team stackers should have a uniform bearing the team name they registered.

Team uniform should be worn during the tournament.

d) Tournament fees are non REFUNDABLE

The deadline of submission of entries is on January 15, 2012 at 5:00PM.  We will not

entertain late entries and there are no new registrations on the day of the tournament.

Registration:

1) Please fill out the Registration forms.  Please use the appropriate registration

form for Individuals, Doubles, and Team Events.

2) Download the registrations forms, WSSA rules book and the details mechanics,

invitations at www.speedstacks.ph

3) Please attach proof of birth; Photocopy of Birth Certificate, Passport, Driver’s

License or School ID.

4) Submit application and payment at the WSSA Philippines office at #6 Resthaven

St., San Francisco Del Monte, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines on or

before January 15, 2011 at 5:00PM.  Submission of applications and payment

may be done via the ff:

2) Courier or Postal Service – please note that date of delivery or post marks are

not proof of submission before the deadline.  Application and Payment must

be physically in the office before the stated deadline.

3) E-mail – along with a clear image of proof of deposit of the tournament fees.

Banking instructions below.  Acknowledgement if receipt via email will be

sent.  If you do not receive a reply by 3:00pm the next day, please call the

office between 9:00am and 5:00pm to make sure that the email arrived.

LIMITATIONS and CONDITIONS

1) Prizes and awards are not convertible to cash.

2) Winner of the free trip to Butzbatch. GERMANY for the World Championships must have

a valid Visa.  Athletes must secure their own Visas.  Speed Stacks, Inc, WSSA, WSSA

Philippines, Ban Kee Trading, Inc. and their affiliates do not guarantee that the athlete/s

will be able to secure a Visa.

3) If a visa cannot be secured in time for the trip to the World Championships, or if parents

do not give permission to the winner to travel or partake in the World championships or

sign consent and waiver forms, the free trip will be transferred to the next tournament

winner and so on and so forth.

4) No settlement in cash or kind will be offered to the athlete that cannot make the trip.

5) Winner of the free trip is determined by the overall lowest accumulated time for all

three (3) Individual events 3-3-3 / 3-6-3 / and Cycle. Clarification of the word “overall”;

this means among all age groups.  There are only four overall/all around champion

winners in the whole tournament.

6) The winner cannot travel alone. Parents, coach or guardians should travel with the

winner but will have to fund their own travel.See it! Believe it! Teach it!
