I - TAMAGOTCHI VERSION 5 DESIGN CONTEST

Mechanics :

• Contest is open to all Tamagotchi enthusiasts.

• Contest has two major categories:

• Junior – 6 to 12 years old.

• Senior – 13 to 18 years old

• Criteria for Judging:

• Uniqueness 35%

• Creativity 30%

• Color Combination 35%

TOTAL 100%

• All interested participants can get a Tamagotchi V5 template and Entry Form from any Toy Kingdom or Toy Town outlet. Design your template using crayons, coloring pencil, oil, pastels, watercolor, pencil and/or pen. Affix on a clean 1/8 size illustration board. Please refrain from using materials not mentioned above. Maximum of three (3) entries is allowed.

• Fill out an Entry Form (available at all major toy stores in Metro Manila) or download from Bankee Trading Inc. website ( www.bankee.com.ph ) and confirm your participation by email ( marketing@bankee.com.ph ) from June 9 to July 18, 2008 . Registration number will be provided accordingly.

• Registered participants shall submit their ACTUAL ENTRY and duly accomplished Entry Form for exhibit and judging on July 20, 2008 , from 10am to 1pm at the Grand Atrium of SM Megamall. Participants should present valid ID upon submission of actual entry or entries and will be required to sign a certificate proving that the actual entry was indeed made by the participant.

• Prizes:

Junior Category

1 st Prize: P 10,000.00 worth of Bandai & Tamagotchi items including limited edition Tamagotchi version 5. Actual Tamagotchi V5 unit with the winning design will be awarded on September 30, 2008.

2 nd Prize: P 7,000.00 worth of Bandai & Tamagotchi items including limited edition Tamagotchi version 5

3 rd Prize: P 4,000.00 worth of Bandai & Tamagotchi items including limited edition of Tamagotchi version 5

Consolation prizes, 4 th place to 8 th place Tamagotchi items

Senior Category

1 st Prize: P 10,000.00 worth of Bandai & Tamagotchi items including limited edition Tamagotchi version 5. Actual Tamagotchi V5 unit with the winning design will be awarded on September 30, 2008 .

2 nd Prize: P 7,000.00 worth of Bandai & Tamagotchi items including limited edition Tamagotchi version 5

3 rd Prize: P 4,000.00 worth of Bandai & Tamagotchi items including limited edition Tamagotchi version 5

Consolation prizes, 4 th place to 8 th place Tamagotchi items
